Las Palmas green chile enchilada sauce

I recently discovered a discrepency with the labeling on this sauce! I bought 2 cans just the other day. Realized after a series of events that one can's 2005 label read: Contains soy. The other can's label was marked 2008 and stated: Contains soy and wheat.
I was surprised! The listed ingredients are exactly the same! Most of the cans at the store are the 2005 label which says soy only. Wow! Needless to say I threw it all out! Sad

This doesn't seem right!
