Be careful! I went the other day and bought one gf cake. It was moldy! When I brought it back, they said I could have another one from the same box! I requested my money back! I was very disappointed and contacted the corporate office. They were apologetic.

I had a simular experience at a Ventura Starbucks. The corporate office told me the GF cakes have a two day shelf life. The stores must be selling them past that life time. I think they're just not selling enought of them and we may see them disapear/discontinued soon. I hope I'm wrong, I just don't know how they can aford to throw out bad food all the time.
