Hi, I am new to the board, my name is Amy, and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my message. Anyway..... I was in The Magical Kitchen a few days ago. They are a relatively new store that just opened in Simi Valley on Cochran and Sycamore in the Albertson's shopping center. They do cooking and wine demonstrations/classes on a regular basis. When my husband mentioned GF cooking they were open to the idea. We spoke with Lisa, the manager or owner, and she told us that if there was enough interest, and solid information for her to work with, generated she would be happy to sponsor a baking night or something in her store - totally devoted to GF cooking.
