SPECIAL Guest Speaker at Aug. 11 meeting!
Saturday, Aug. 11 from 10am to noon in the 3rd floor classroom at St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital... We will have a guest speaker. Kelly Keough, hostess of the TV cooking program "The Sweet Truth" on Veria and author of the cookbook by the same name, will be presenting her unique take on healthy eating without sugar or gluten. She will even demonstrate one of her "no cook" dessert recipes, with enough for everyone to taste. We will also have samples from Corn Thins, Think Products and No Nuttin. Gluten free oats and Kari Out soy sauce packets will be for sale. As well as a limited amount of Bread from Anna mix.
