Peanut Butter/Chocolate Crispies - Kathy B. Melt ½ cube of butter, add ½ bag of mini marshmallows and stir until melted, remove from heat. Stir in 3 cups of EnviroKids Panda Puff and 2 cups Koala Krisp cereals. (experiment with other GF cereals) Press loosely into a buttered 9x13 pan and sprinkle ½ bag of Nestle swirled choc/peanut butter chips over top and press in lightly. (pick a different chip to compliment other cereals) Quickly fold in half so the chips are in the middle and press out firmly to fill pan. Chill and cut into squares. Even the 100 year old lady at my church loved these.
