Sausage (3 links Adellis Chicken Apple)
Pasta (1 8oz Box Quinoa Pasta)
Marinated Artichoke Hearts (10 to 12oz Cara Mia)
1 Ripe Avocado
1 6oz can Sliced Olives
Crumbled or Shredded Cheese
Corn
Cook pasta as directed on box. Do not over cook. Poor artichoke marinate over pasta. Allow pasta to soak in marinate while prepping other ingredients. Cut artichokes in to smaller pieces. Slice sausage into bite size pieces and sauté in olive oil. Sauté corn till slightly tender in same pan as sausage. Drain olives. Combine all ingredients with pasta, stir, and serve at room temperature. Vary ingredients as to your personal taste.
