I found Dr. Jeff Conklin at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles to be a fantastic doc. Kind, concerned, knowledgable. And because Cedars is a teaching hospital they seem to really listen and spend time with you to find the answers. He is a Gastrointerologist and is familiar with Celiac Disease.
