Kathy's "Rye" Bread
This is a simple recipe using Bread from Anna mix as a base. You could also use my "Really Good Sandwich Bread" recipe. add to dry mix 1t cardamom 1t lemom peel 2t instant coffee 4t caraway seeds substitute 3t of molasses for the sugar (organic sucanant works too) follow the rest of the recipe as written and enjoy! This is my own creation and my husband says it tastes more like real rye than the gluten kind.
