Imitation Crab
MaryJean found some GF imitation crab. Here is her message: "I found a gluten-free imitation crab! Trans Ocean Crab Classic _Chunk Style._ I found it at Albertsons by the deli counter. They had other styles, shredded and long leg pieces, those all have wheat starch, but the chunk style has potato starch. They also list allergens on the label, the chunk style is the only one that does not have wheat as an allergen. I'm having some in my scrambled eggs this morning, and it is good."
