Hi Kathy! I just registered on the board. I wanted to add that Sisley Italian Kitchen in The Oaks Mall (accross from Cheesecake Factory) has added Gluten Free Pasta back onto its menu. There is an additional charge for it (I think $3.00), but it is delicious and the staff is very nice and accomodating about it. Have a great day! Denise Pedrow
