GF Classes in Thousand Oaks
I just got the fall edition of the Conejo Valley Adult Education listing of classes. Can't believe it but there are 3 on GF living. Two in Food and Beverage - page 31: Yummy Gluten-Free Recipes, and Holiday Gluten Free Baking. The third one is on page 38 under Personal Awareness - Living without Gluten and Casein. The emphasis here is on both CD and Autism. The instructor's son is autistic and she has a book coming out in 2009 "Bad Food for Good Kids".
