Breadmakers
At the last meeting the recommended bread machine was an xo--------. I keep seeing the Breadman machine which has a gluten free setting. Does anyone know the difference. I want to start making my own bread and would like some guidance. Thanks, Marla

I am not sure what machine was recommended at the meeting, but I do not use a bread machine at all and have great success with gluten-free breads. Most gluten-free breads, including the breads from Anna, Sylvan Border Farms and Pamela's bread mixes, work very well in the oven. If you have a hand mixer with bread hooks, this works great!
